✨Moderator: Chị Linh Hoàng (Director Lead The Change)
Ms. Linh Hoang is a strong believer in quality education that can improve society. She is currently co-founding the Ready To Lead – Talent Development Scholarship for young talents aged from 20 to 25 from across Vietnam. Moreover, she is also Director of Lead The Change – an educational organization (for impact) established in 2016, whose vision is to cultivate excellence in the young generation of CHANGE LEADERS who demonstrate confidence in their potential, perseverance in life-long learning, and progress in one’s competency to empathize, adapt and make positive impacts on society.
Dedicated to community projects, especially human development, Ms. Linh has worked on different projects:
- Project Manager & Co-founder of Ready To Lead – 6-month intensive world-class Talent Development Scholarship which equips young talents (from 20-25 years old) with transformational mindsets, skill sets, and toolsets to reach their full potential so they can give their best work to the companies they choose to serve.
- Manager of WomenWill Ho Chi Minh – Google’s global initiative under the “Grow with Google” program to inspire, develop leadership capabilities, create business opportunities, and empower women.
- Project Manager of GIVE IT BACK fundraising project – a crowdfunding project based on a 1-on-1 mentoring model raising nearly 300 million VND in four phases.
- Consultant and Mentor tại Orphans Futures Alliance – Charity organization based in New York, USA, provides scholarships and mentoring programs for orphans in Vietnam.
- In 2018 and 2019, Ms Linh has coordinated short-term training courses in Singapore and Thailand for more than 120 talented young people from Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia.
Besides, Ms Linh is also the Certified Coach at Leaders Create Leaders and SME Facilitator at ASEAN SME Academy.

Greg has spent the past 11 years in Vietnam as a pioneer leading Vietnam’s largest in commercial real estate firms, consulting some of the markets largest market entrants and responsible in establishing one of Vietnam’s largest Private Equity invested industrial real estate developers. His experience in Operations and Marketing has given him a strong understanding of market requirments and demand drivers.
His experience in Asia and Vietnam has provided him with a thorough understanding in blending the best of local and international behaviors more specifically the local way of work/ culture and international standards which regional and global manpower/ talents/ high profiles ask for when coming to work in Vietnam.
